Account information: name, email, and login credentials. Health and wellness information you choose to log: intake details (such as weight, goals, and health history), daily tracking (steps, protein, water, meals, sleep, energy, stress, symptoms, exercise, supplements), and notes shared with your nurse. Payment information: handled by Stripe — we never store your card number. Usage information: standard technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
To run your program: personalising your plan, computing your points and rewards, enabling nurse check-ins, and showing you your own progress. To operate the business: billing, support, security, and improving the programs. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health information for third-party advertising.
Your care team (your nurse and the supervising physician) sees your program data to support you. Our service providers process data on our behalf under contract: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Bunny.net (video delivery), and Resend (email). We disclose information if required by law or to protect safety. Testimonials are published only with your consent, and anonymously if you prefer.
Beyoung is a wellness and education program, not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse. We nevertheless treat the health information you log with strict confidentiality, access controls, and encryption in transit and at rest through our infrastructure providers.
You can view and edit most of your data in the app. You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion of your account and data by emailing us; we will honour requests subject to legal retention obligations (for example, billing records). Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights.
We keep program data while your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to support returning members and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified. We use industry-standard safeguards; no system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you of any breach as required by law.
The services are for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
