Beyoung ("Beyoung", "we", "us") operates beyoungprogram.com and provides physician-designed wellness and education programs. By creating an account or using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Beyoung programs are wellness and education programs. They are not a medical practice and do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. The content, tracking tools, coaching, and check-ins are intended to complement — never replace — the care of your personal physician. Always consult your physician before changing your diet, exercise, supplements, or medication, and seek immediate medical attention for any emergency.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the services.
Programs are sold as monthly subscriptions (currently $199/month unless otherwise agreed, e.g. complimentary founding memberships) billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; partial months are not refunded except where required by law. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Members may earn points for program engagement, redeemable per the reward rules shown in the app. Reward points and balances have no cash value, are not transferable, and may only be redeemed through the mechanisms we provide (currently gift cards). We may adjust the reward rules prospectively; dollars already earned are not taken away. Rewards forfeit when a membership ends.
You retain your data. Feedback, suggestions, and testimonials you choose to give us may be used to improve and promote the services; testimonials are only published with your consent, anonymously if you prefer.
Do not misuse the services: no unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, interference with other members, or use of the content to build a competing service. Program content is our intellectual property and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during your membership.
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Individual results vary; we make no guarantee of any health outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyoung's total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email and apply going forward. These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
